The day begins with a countryside welcome: homemade ’empanada de pino’ (meat pie) or ‘pan amasado’ (kneaded bread) with ham and cheese, plus a slice of ‘kuchen’ (cake) and a drink, tea, or coffee.

Lunch is the unmissable Santuario Asado, featuring sirloin, ribs, chicken, and ‘longaniza’ (sausage), accompanied by ‘papas al merkén’ (potatoes with merkén spice), Chilean salad, and mixed greens. All served at the table, along with ‘pan amasado’ (kneaded bread), ‘pebre’ (chilean salsa), a drink, a glass of wine, and the chef’s dessert.

Before leaving, a Farewell Afternoon Snack with ‘pan amasado’ (kneaded bread), fresh cheese, tomato, lettuce, french fries, and a beverage of choice.
